By virtue of this Privacy Policy (hereinafter, the Policy), NATRA S.A informs the USERS of the website: of the processing to which personal data collected on this website are subject so that they may decide, free and voluntarily, whether they wish to provide the information requested.

The purpose of collecting and processing personal data across the electronic mail, property of  NATRA S.A, and/or web forms made available to Users is, depending on the particular case, to manage and attend to requests for information, queries and suggestions or publications and any services or activities, acts or events provided, offered and/or sponsored by S.A.




The personal data provided shall be stored for the period required to comply with legal obligations or until the erasure thereof is requested by data subjects and they are legitimated to do so.              




NATRA S.A. has legitimate grounds for processing personal data based on the consent granted by the data subject for one or several specific purposes, as laid down in el article 6.1. a) of the General Data Protection Regulation.




In order that the data kept in our computer and/or paper files always reflect reality, every endeavour will be made to keep them updated. Therefore, for the purpose hereof, Users shall make the changes directly when the system so allows or by communicating in a reliable manner with the pertinent department of NATRA S.A.
